The packagerb utility is used to re-build an installation package in the batch mode (from the command line or build scripts). After you have created an installation package using Packager and saved its project file, you can build the package with the command:
packagerb Packager-project-file [-target target-file]
The -target option specifies the name of the resulting package file.
