what is your meaning of 'commercial purposes' under the license? can i use JFCMark benchmark suite at work for the benefit of my company to test Java classes? thanks

It depends on what your company manufactures, e.g.

we need to use benchmark suite to test Java Swing classes developed by us and maybe compare their performance to other vendors' Swing implementations.
