NOTE: Academic Site Licenses are only offered by Excelsior to a limited class of Academic Institutions, which are defined in the sole and exclusive final determination of Excelsior as degree-granting accredited colleges and universities together with their affiliated graduate schools and affiliated non-commercial research institutions, operating under one Administrative/Admissions Department. Excelsior reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether or not the particular institution qualifies for this License Agreement.

The Technical Contact shall receive all communication regarding the availability of upgrades, updates and fixes for the licensed product. He or she shall also be the sole point of contact for users of the licensed product when they have a technical question or encounter a problem when using the product. Additional Technical Contacts may be designated for a fee.
