On-Demand Support

    After your Support Contract has expired, you may either renew it for another year or purchase support incidents when you are having trouble with Excelsior product. Depending on the urgency, you may purchase Regular or Priority incidents. You may also save by paying for several incidents in advance. If it turns out that the incident has occured due to a bug in an Excelsior product, your account is not affected.
