Support Contracts

Starting from version 4.5, all Excelsior JET purchases include one year of support and upgrades. If you do not renew your support contract then, you will automatically downgrade to On-line Support.

Note: You may renew a support contract even after its expiration, but note that a renewed contract commences from the date on which the previous contract has expired.
