Excelsior offers a broad range of product support options,
from which you may always choose one that meets your requirements and budget.
Standard Support Contract
A Standard Support Contract entitles you to one year of unlimited Web/email support
and one year of free product upgrades.
Premium Support Contract
This Contract entitles you to one year of unlimited support incidents
submitted via Web or email and one year of free product upgrades. The support
tickets opened by you are assigned the highest priority and can be escalated up
to CTO if necessary.
On-Demand Support
After your Support Contract has expired, you may either renew it for another year
or purchase support incidents when you are having trouble with Excelsior
product. Depending on the urgency, you may purchase Regular or Priority incidents.
You may also save by paying for several incidents in advance. If it turns out
that the incident has occured due to a bug in an Excelsior product, your account
is not affected.
