XDS Technical Support

XDS Freeware Support and Maintenance Policy

The XDS freeware license does not entitle you to receive any technical support. We do offer fee-based technical support, consulting, and custom engineering services for XDS, billed on an hourly basis.

You may post your questions to the XDS Message Board in the hope that a fellow developer will answer it.

Should you decide to switch your development from Modula-2 to C/C++, consider utilizing our source code conversion services to preserve your investment in Modula-2.

XDS Retail Support

If you have purchased an XDS 2.5 license or support contract renewal in 2004, you are entitled to receive technical support until the end of 2005. If you have a technical question not answered in product manuals or believe that you have encountered a defect in an XDS product, email Excelsior Support Dept. at support@excelsior-usa.com

Technical support and updates are not available for versions prior to 2.50.
