  1. I have at least 3 times packaged something with JetPack (Currently 4.1), added the executable at step 7, changed the name of the shortcut from "New Shortcut" to "Blah", then after waiting for it to compile for 20 minutes, copying to another computer and installing, discover that the shortcut is named "New Shortcut" again. As I have said, this has happened multiple times, and I am POSITIVE I changed it. It is really frustrating to have to spend another 30 minutes just to fix a stupid shortcut name. Does anybody else have this problem? Is it a bug, or is there something I am doing wrong?
  2. Switching from java to javaw?

I created a project by specifying "java ...", but I forgot that I need to use "javaw ..." so the console window does not show up. Is there a way to change this without starting over? I have recreated the project about 20 times, and am getting tired of having to redo everything when I realize I made one mistake. I can't go back to step 1 or 2, so I can't see how to change this setting, and it seems kind of stupid if I can't. Chuck.
  3. Switching from java to javaw?

I think I found it. Nevermind. Chuck.
  4. Command line arguments

In step 2 of Excelsior Jet, I specify the command line: java -jar blah.jar -myArgs In main, I use the argument. To debug, I do the following: System.out.println("Number arguments: "+args.length); When I run the command myself, it says there is 1 argument, but when I run the Excelsior executable, it says there are none. In other words, it is not incorporating the command line arguments into the execution of my application. How do I get command line arguments? Chuck.
