I'm using BridJ and JNA to invoke some native librares from inside my java application. When I bundle my jar file and run it on the command line everything works perfectly. The DLLs are included in the jar file. BridJ determines which DLLs to load (32 or 64 bit). When I try to perform a test run (step 2) my application is unable to load the DLL files. Has anyone else used BridJ with Excelsior? Typo in subject, it should be BridJ not BindJ
I have an application that requires that Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package be installed. My plan was to include the installation of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and run it post install. The problem is that I need to run either the x64 or the x32 version depending on what platform our app is being installed on. Now I can create 2 separate installs, but that is more to maintain and I'm trying to avoid that. Is there any way to do this with Excelsior JetPack II? Or is there another way to deal with this issue?
