Can not access AppData\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge

A customer of ours is reporting the following problem on Windows 10.0 Build 17134:

This software was installed on several in-house computers with no problems.

Trying to load the software but getting the following messages, let me know how I can get around these or another path to upload software.
