Regarding Creation of Exe File

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have about 170 classes. Many of the classes uses a resource bundle. Reqource bundle points to external directory as C:\Temp\Logs. When I created an EXE file, I saw that exe is throwing a missing resourcebundle excpetion. Please advise how to resolve it. Thanks in advance, regards,

Ravi

You should specify classpath to JET-compiled executable when dealing with standalone (not in jar) resources. You can do it by specifying equation

-jetvmprop=-Djava.class.path=C:/Temp/Logs

in the JET project file or

create batch-file running JET-compiled executable with the first line

CLASSPATH=C:/Temp/Logs
