Return Policy

When you purchase directly from our Web Store, you receive the benefit of our 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with our software or if it does not work in your environment, notify us within 30 days since your purchase and we shall issue a refund.

The full paid purchase price of the product is refunded. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.

Note: If you purchased through any location other than Excelsior Web Store, the return policy of the respective company applies.

Return Prevention

Please do download and evaluate trial versions of our products before purchasing in order to prevent subsequent returns.

Return Procedure

Should you decide to return our product, immediately notify us via email at sales@excelsior-usa.com or fax at +1 (509) 271 5205. To qualify for a full refund, you must inform us of your intent to return the product within 30 days of product purchase. Late returns are processed at our sole discretion.

Upon receiving your timely notification, we shall send you a Letter of Destruction (LoD) form, which you would have to fill, sign and fax back to us.

We shall issue the refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of receipt of the signed LoD from you. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded and you assume return shipping and handling costs on boxed products.
